CRAN-BLUEBERRY KALE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened flax milk

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder

  • 1 tsp raw organic coconut butter

  • ½ tbsp almond butter

  • 2 cup kale, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup organic berries (suggestion: ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries + ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put ingredients in a blender in the order listed.

  2. Blend on very low speed to start, gradually working up to high speed until well-blended.

  3. Serve immediately for best results.

Makes 1 Serving

TIPS

  1. Protein powders include pea or hemp.

  2. Use frozen berries or add ice to make smoothie cold and of desired thickness.
